Summer 2016 for Kids & Teens at Flex Studio

Flex Studio's summer camp 2016

Flex Studio’s intensive summer camp for kids and teens will focus on yoga, dance and Pilates. Building on their progress day by day, skills will be learned, friends will be made and confidence levels will soar. By the end of the week balance, coordination and strength levels are high, and their artistic sensibilities have been explored. The action is all taking place at Flex’s One Island South studio.

Week 1: Monday 4 July- Friday 8 July 2016 | Ages 10+

3pm- 3:55pm | Pilates Allegro

4pm- 4:55pm | Flying Pilates

 

Week 2: Monday 11 July- Friday 15 July 2016 | Ages 7-10

2:05pm- 3pm | JazzFunk & Hip Hop

3pm- 3:55pm | Yoga

4pm- 4:55pm | Flying Pilates

 

Week 3: Monday 18 July- Friday 22 July 2016| Ages 10+

2:05pm- 3pm | Barre

3pm- 3:55pm | Pilates Allegro

4pm- 4:55pm | Flying Pilates
