FLYE is an immersive fitness experience designed to not only give you an effective workout, but for you have a good time while you’re at it. FLYE blurs the lines between exercise and partying. Imagine clubbing with your besties, feeling uninhibited and sweating your stress out – that’s what FLYE classes do for you!
The classes were created and designed by two girls in Hong Kong, Upekha and Eliza who are passionate about fitness and dance. The signature class consists of 30-35 minutes of rhythmic cardio disguised as dancing, 10 minutes of high intensity interval training and 10 minutes of an easy dance choreography.
From time to time they will offer special themed classes to take your FLYE experience to the next level. You’ll travel to different destinations or time periods with themes such as Seoul2Rio, Diva Nation, Bolly-hood and more to come!
And no worries if you aren’t a talented dancer, the classes are not technical dance classes, but rather are dance inspired workout classes. If you can do a few basic moves, you will be just fine and are guaranteed to get a good workout!
