If you didn’t already know that BikiniFit is Hong Kong’s biggest female-only outdoor bootcamp, you do now!  Creator Alex De Fina has also opened a spanking new indoor facility in Central that offer personal training, group classes and high-level performance coaching and clinical testing for women.

BikiniFit is a female only health and fitness programme that’s seriously intense but produces equally serious results. For $795 per week you get access to 6 weekly outdoor bootcamp style training sessions as well as eating plans, workshops and one on one support. No drop ins are allowed so book ahead for the next program. Worried about getting sweaty outdoors? Both locations have access to free public showers so you can head to work feeling refreshed.
