La Paloma meaning pigeon, is a tapas bar and restaurant located in Sai Ying Pun’s art complex SoHo189.
The restaurant brings casual and laid-back modern Spanish Cuisine, at Spanish prices to Hong Kong and is the project of the notable chefs Willy Trullas Moreno, owner of el Willy in Shanghai and Alex Fargas, the Executive Chef of FoFo by el Willy.
The La Paloma experience focuses on creating a modern, laid back and casual atmosphere, complete with open kitchen and a designated paella station. There are wines and beers from across Spain plus sangrias, Spanish sherry and more.
The 3,400 sq. ft. space also features an outdoor patio, perfect for drinks and snacks.
Opening hours: Tuesday to Friday for dinner service only, brunch service on Saturday and Sunday.
