LucAle’s coveted pasta menu welcomes a new seafood addition in the form of Black & White Tagliolini with clam jus, scallops, brandy and a quenelle of red Mediterranean prawns – this was our favourite! Other new dishes include the Cold Spaghetti Salad topped with Italian caviar, Ravioli with Viadana Squash and Mascarpone, Lamb Sirloin with Raspberries, Figs and Cauliflower Crème, and to finish your meal, a Coconut and White Chocolate Semifreddo with Mango and Passionfruit.
