MEATS is the first ‘meat bar’ of it’s kind in Hong Kong. There’s no service charge and no reservations at this no-frills restaurant. They offer a straight-forward menu of sharing-style dishes featuring both traditional and unconventional cuts of meat prepared to bring out the best flavours using mastered techniques such as house-smoking, rotisserie and grilling over a custom-made Robata grill. The menu features a series of regularly rotated plates served in shareable sizes for those who can’t resist a taste of everything on the menu.
