Popinjays is a sophisticated rooftop dining and bar concept at The Murray, Hong Kong, A Niccolo Hotel. With features such as a stylish bar, comfortable couches, and a spacious wraparound outdoor terrace, offering stunning panoramic views, the space is perfect for socializing with friends. Chef Didier Quennouelle has developed a modern European-inspired menu drawing on the traditions of French gastronomy.

Monday through Thursday, guests can choose from a four or six-course seasonal degustation end that will change weekly. A curated selection of vintage champagnes and wines will complement the dining experience.

Every Friday and Saturday, diners can look forward to the party-prompting ‘Birds of a Feather menu.’ Available for a minimum of four guests, it features a selection of shared dishes and free-flow cocktails.
