Public Libraries
Nearly every area of Hong Kong has a public library. Getting a library card is as simple as taking in your HKID and a proof of address. Bigger libraries such as The Central Library in Causeway Bay and The City Hall Library have a larger selection of English books, but all of them do have a range of books, periodicals and reference materials in English. They also offer multi-media resources, study areas and internet connectivity.
