On the third floor of The Pottinger Hotel you’ll find a welcoming outdoor terrace amid the crowds of Central. Snacks and a limited a la carte menu are available but the main draw here is the wondrous cocktails concocted by mixologist Antonio Lai. Birds of a Feather, a unique blend of scotch, blueberry and pomegranate tea syrup, blueberry puree, malt essence and lemon juice is served in an adorable bird-shaped glass. You have to try one (or many) to believe what they have come up with.
