The Wagyumafia family is expanding and has just opened Yakinifumafia in Sheung Wan. Redefining the age-old Japanese technique of grilling meat over fire, Yakinifumafia Hong Kong is a celebration of sustainably raised single breed wagyu and cutting-edge butchery techniques. Unlike members-only Wagyumafia, Yakinifumafia will be open to the public, with reservations opening on the 15th of each month via their website. The airport-themed decor is meant to replicate Copenhagen’s sleek airport, referring to the ‘take-off’ of their new brand.
