One of Hong Kong’s most popular dim sum restaurants which has the most incredible pork dumplings.  Good for families with high chairs and Ikea plate sets and lovely staff.  Great to take visitors for good quality dim sum. Din Tai Fung has multiple locations, check them all out in the location column on the right.
A stylish restaurant with an interior harking back to Hong Kong’s past.  Serves delicious dim sum and traditional Cantonese fare and unlike other dim sum restaurants, the lights are low and it has a calm and peaceful atmosphere.
International cuisine with great views over the harbour and an outdoor terrace for cooler days.  The buffet is good value and the service is generally attentive.
Fine French cuisine served in rather ornate surroundings, Gaddi’s at The Peninsula is a restaurant for a very special occasion.  The chef will create your own menu if you so desire and the food is of the highest quality.
The mainly Thai menu has some western influences and there is a huge amount of choice.  Good place to stop for a quick bite with family or friends and to have a break from shopping.
Creative European fine dining.  The lunch buffet is well worth trying as is the fabulous degustation menu if you want to try something special.  The Sunday brunch menu features free pour Veuve Cliquot, caviar, seafood and cold cuts and the setting is über cool.
