Aqua Launches Dom Pérignon “Press for Champagne” Brunch
Aqua are taking champagne brunch to the next level with their new “Press for Champagne” button and Dom Pérignon on-demand served by your very own Champagne Butler. Like a steward button on a plane, the Champagne button calls an impeccably dressed white-suited Butler who promptly and stylishly serves Dom Pérignon to the table.
aqua is well known for its unbeatable panoramic skyline views, and excellent Japanese and Italian cuisine. Their famous brunch is all served at your table as sharing plates and begins with Italian cold cuts and cheese with roasted vegetables and a freshly made black truffle burrata homemade pesto & cherry tomatoes. Next up are the insta-worth sushi and sashimi platters including Hokkaido oysters with champagne jelly and green apple sorbet and seared tuna tartare with oscietra caviar.
Following your sushi fix, prepare to tackle the Italian and Japanese seafood primi course, where everything is designed to taste even better with Dom Pérignon! Save some room for mains of lightly battered tiger prawn tempura with homegrown mitsuba and aqua’s signature stone-grilled wagyu beef sirloin which is brought to the table for you to cook to your own liking. The melt-in-mouth wagyu is accompanied with roasted garlic chips and three sauces; sour soy, onion & garlic and sansho pepper soy. Round it all off with a sweet and colourful mix of Japanese and Italian desserts.
Press for Champagne brunch is available on weekends and public holidays from 12pm to 3pm until the 1st January 2020. Brunch is priced at HK$1,488 per person and includes unlimited Dom Pérignon Vintage 2008 and free-flow aqua’s signature cocktails, wine, beer and sake.
