Theo Mistral Launches a New La Dolce Vita Sunday Brunch
New Restaurant Theo Mistral has launched a new Sunday brunch menu.
Theo Mistral by Theo Randall, renowned British Chef Theo Randall’s first restaurant venture in Hong Kong, opened last month to high praise from local critics. The new venue is nestled in the elegant setting of the Intercontinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong and serves Chef Randall’s signature style of simple and contemporary Italian fare which has foodies all over the city hurrying to book a table.
The lunch and dinner a la carte menus have launched with great success and in the wake of this, Theo Mistral by Theo Randall has recently unveiled a new Sunday Brunch Menu inspired by the finest seasonal produce Italy has to offer.
Starting at $588 per adult and $388 per child 4-11 (under 4s free), La Dolce Vita is a wholesome brunch that celebrates the colourful flavors of Italy with fresh and seasonal produce. You’ll find a wide spread with sections ranging from Antipasti to Seafood, Pastas, hearty Mains and Desserts. The Seafood Bar has an especially exquisite selection such as freshly shucked oysters, Boston lobsters, crab legs, tuna carpaccio and much more.
You won’t regret choosing something from the “A Taste from Theo” menu featuring a choice between two of the chef’s award-winning homemade pasta dishes including Cappalletti di Vitello with slow-cooked veal and pancetta, and Ravioli D’Erbette, a mixed green ravioli with Swiss chard and rocket. When you move on to the Main course you’ll be spoilt for choice with the likes of rack of lamb, parma ham and fontina cheese, baked salmon and a pan fried cod topping our list of favourites.
The Dessert spread includes Chef Randall’s ever-popular Amalfi lemon tart created with fresh Amalfi lemons as well as a decadent chocolate cake and authentic Tiramisu.
Add a free-flow package of Bellinis, Bottega Prosecco, house white & red wine for an additional $138 or unlimited soft drinks and juice for $68.
