Award-winning singer and songwriter Sam Smith will perform in Hong Kong for the first time on October 6 at Asiaworld-Expo Arena as part of his Gloria World Tour. The singer released the dates for the Asia leg of the tour, which will begin in Bangkok on October 3 before coming to the SAR. The other Asian cities on the list are Taipei, Osaka, Yokohama, Seoul, Manila, and Singapore.

Smith kicked off the Gloria tour last month in the UK, and is currently in Europe. They will spend the summer touring through Europe and North America before coming to Asia for their concerts in the region, before they end the tour in Australia and New Zealand.

The tour is named for Smith’s album of the same name, which they released in January 2023. The highlight of the album is Unholy, which they collaborated with Kim Petras on and won the Grammy for Best Pop/Duo Group Performance for at the 65th Annual Grammy Awards earlier this year.

Ticket details for Smith’s debut Hong Kong concert are not yet available. The last time the Grammy winner was in the region was when they performed in Macau in 2018.
