Starting Novemeber 27, all 146 SF Express service points across Hong Kong will remain open until 10:00 p.m. and will voluntarily accept donations of emergency supplies, including:
- Toiletries and personal care items
- Bedding
- Sanitary products
- Data SIM cards and chargers
- Clothing
- Medical supplies
- Other essential items
Members of the public are welcome to drop off donations at their nearest SF Express location.

SF Express will provide free transportation for all donated goods and is working closely with charitable organisations and community groups to ensure items are delivered quickly and directly to residents affected by the Tai Po fire. Free packing materials such as cartons and tape are available at every service point for anyone preparing donations.
