The Hong Kong Disneyland 10K Weekend 2024 will return this November, and will see runners participate in five races around the park — all while being cheered on by beloved Disney, Marvel, and Pixar characters. This year’s event will take place on November 2 and 3, and will have a race through the World of Frozen for the first time.

The event is open to runners of all ages and abilities, and they are encouraged to dress up as their favourite characters during the event. Older or more experienced runners can sign up for the Marvel Super Heroes 10K, which will have superheroes from the MCU give runners thrilling surprises as they race through the resort. There’s also the Pixar Pals 5K that will have lovable characters created by the animation studio hype up runners.

The Hong Kong Disneyland 10K Weekend will have runs based on the Pixar and Duffy and Friends universes, as well as races with Mickey and Friends.

The family-friendly Frozen Explorers 3K will be filled with enthusiastic support from Queens Anna and Elsa, and all the citizens of Arendelle, while the Duffy and Friends 3K will have the eponymous bear and his pals bring the magic of friendship to the run. Little ones can join in on the fun with the Mickey and Friends Kids Races, which will feature child-friendly courses and a play area with a touch of Disney magic.

Registration details have not yet been revealed, but participants must buy their tickets in advance and have a valid park reservation for the run weekend. Park visitors who join the races will get a runner pack with a Disney-themed running tee, sports wristband, and more goodies. Those who complete their races will also receive medals.
