POCARI SWEAT RUN FEST 2026 will take place at Hong Kong Science Park’s Charles K. Kao Auditorium Plaza, better known as the Golden Egg, on 15 November.
Set along the scenic Tolo Harbour waterfront, the venue makes it easy for families to spend the day together, with parent-child runs, group challenges and plenty of fun games to enjoy throughout the day.
GO RUN Races And Other Experiences
The main focus is on the GO RUN races, with 10km, 5km and 3km individual categories for runners of different levels.
Families and groups can also take part in the 1km GO FUN team obstacle challenge, a non-competitive race designed for parent-child or group participation.
Start times are staggered throughout the morning and early afternoon, with the 10km and 5km races starting first at 7:45am and 7:55am, followed by the 3km races from 10:45am and the 1km challenge from noon.
Away from the running routes, the event will also feature “light sweat” experience classes, including yoga, FXJUMP trampoline, BODYATTACK and hip hop dance sessions. Visitors can also join sports-themed games and enjoy live music at the festival zone during the day.
