Grammy-winning singer Olivia Rodrigo will perform in Hong Kong for the first time in September. The singer, best known for her breakout song Driver’s Licence, is heading to the city as part of her Guts World Tour, and will perform at AsiaWorld-Arena on September 24. Tickets for the concert will go on sale from 3pm onwards on May 16 for Live Nation members, and 3pm onwards on May 17 for the general public. However, ticket prices have not yet been announced.

Rodrigo began her first world tour in February 2024 in the US, and is currently in the UK as part of the Europe leg of the tour. She will kick off the Asia leg of the tour in Bangkok on September 16, and will head to Seoul on September 20 before her performance in Hong Kong. The singer also has concerts scheduled for Tokyo (September 27) and Singapore (October 1), and will announce a date in Manila. Rodrigo also has four concerts in Australia, bringing the total number of worldwide dates so far to 86. 

Rodrigo’s concerts as part of her shows in the US ran for about 90 minutes and featured songs from her debut album Sour and her sophomore venture Guts, after which the tour is named. The singer’s signature colour, purple, has featured prominently during shows, from the dazzling backdrop to her custom guitar. The set list has featured songs from High School Musical: The Musical: The Series, which saw her rise to fame as a Disney star, as well as chart-topping hits like Good 4 U, Deja Vu, Vampire, and Bad Idea Right?
