Lamma Island will be ground zero for a music and art party at the end of June, courtesy Lamma Palooza. The all-day event at the outlying island’s Hung Shing Yeh Beach will take place on June 29, from 2pm-10pm, and feature live music by DJs, all-you-can-eat barbecue packages, and art and tech experiences.
While Lamma Palooza is a ticketed event, attendees can either get general admission passes or a food-and-beverage package that includes unlimited barbecued food and up to six drinks, depending on the number of people covered by the package. DJs like Jimmy Chan, K-Melo, DJ Gee, DJ Kazu, and Saiyan will play a variety of genres to suit the relaxed beach atmosphere, like hip hop, funk, soul, bass, house, techno, and reggae.
Tickets are available on Eventbrite and are available under the following categories:
- General admission: HK$150 (includes 1 drink)
- All-Day BBQ Package: HK$380 (includes 2 drinks)
- Family BBQ Package: HK$840 (includes 6 drinks)
Attendees can add on a BBQ Package for HK$300 per adult, and HK$180 per child aged 3–11 years old. For more information, visit the Lamma Palooza website.
