7-Eleven Hong Kong is turning its 45th anniversary into a collectible moment with the second drop from its New Balance collaboration. The new “Fun” collection mixes 80s nostalgia, streetwear branding and practical design across three product types. From music and mini photography to travel-ready storage, the release gives fans more than simple display pieces this June.
Retro Cassette Player
The Retro Cassette Player comes in four blind-box designs, each bringing a different colour story to the 7-Eleven x New Balance crossover. The collection includes New Balance classic grey, bright yellow, earth green and energetic pink, with each version carrying co-branded design details.
This is not just a decorative item. Each player comes with a cassette preloaded with the 7-Eleven 45th anniversary theme song, plus wired earphones for instant listening. Users can also switch to recording mode to save personal messages on tape, adding a more nostalgic gifting angle.
FM radio support brings back the old-school Walkman-era feel, while the back clip makes it easy to style with a Y2K-inspired outfit.
Mini Snap Camera
The Mini Snap Camera range also features four blind-box designs, built around compact size and playful retro visuals. The available styles include classic grey and orange, bright pink, military green and a purple-blue combination.
Designed as both a collectible and a pocket gadget, the camera can be attached to a keyring, bag or chain for daily use. It supports photos, videos and audio recording, giving users a simple way to capture quick moments without reaching for a phone.
The camera also supports 64GB to 128GB memory cards, 1920×1080 image output and 1.6M pixels. It comes with a rechargeable battery, Type-C cable, 25 filters and motion detection for video clips.
Foldable Sports Bag
The Foldable Sports Bag is the practical pick of the collection, with two designs available. Fans can choose between a classic grey and orange colourway or a bright blue and white version, both finished with New Balance branding.
Made from lightweight polyester, the bag is built for workouts, shopping trips and weekend travel. When not in use, it folds into a compact bow-shaped pouch, making it easy to carry in another bag. Once opened, it has enough room for shoes, clothes, bottles and other daily essentials. The zipper helps keep items secure, while the luggage strap lets users slide it over a suitcase handle during trips.
Where To Get The Collection
The 7-Eleven x New Balance “Fun” collection will be available at 7-Eleven stores in Hong Kong from June 3 at 7am.
The drop follows 7-Eleven’s growing push into lifestyle-led collaborations, including its first fashion drop with GRS and BeCandle and the neon makeover of its Mong Kok Argyle Street branch. For collectors, the blind-box format means early visits may be the best chance to secure a favourite design.
