AIA Hong Kong will treat the public to free rides on the Hong Kong Observation Wheel on 23 November 2025, celebrating the athletes who took part in the 15th National Games, the 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities, and the 9th National Special Olympic Games. This marks the first time the Games were co-hosted by Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau, making it a milestone moment for the region.
The gesture also honours the remarkable achievements of participating athletes, including AIA Hong Kong and Macau Ambassador Siobhán Haughey, who earned two gold and two bronze medals at the Games.
The free ride programme runs from 11am to 11pm at the Hong Kong Observation Wheel and AIA Vitality Park on the Central Harbourfront. Visitors can collect a free admission ticket at the ticket office on the day, with one ticket per person per visit while supplies last.
After redeeming a ticket, guests simply proceed to the boarding area for their ride. There is no set limit on the number of free tickets issued, but entry is subject to capacity, opening hours and standard terms and conditions.
