Murray Lane at The Murray will launch a Weekend Gourmet Burger Challenge from 28 February. The offer runs every Saturday and Sunday from 12nn to 5:30pm at the venue on the lower ground floor. Guests can choose between ordering the new gourmet burgers from an à la carte menu, or entering the timed burger challenge.
The burger challenge is limited to one participant per attempt and is open to people aged 18 or above. Participants must stay seated indoors and wait for a staff signal before the timer starts. The challenge requires diners to finish three double-decker burgers of one selected flavour within 30 minutes. The meal also includes fries and a drink, with a choice of soft beverages or a pint of beer.
- If the meal is finished within the time limit, the participant will not be charged. They will also receive a limited-edition T-shirt and a one-time HKD 500 dining credit valid for three months.
- If the participant does not finish within 30 minutes, a charge of HKD 688 plus service charge applies.
Each participant can only take part once during the promotion period, and assistance from others is not allowed.
For diners not taking part in the challenge, the weekend à la carte menu still offers three double-patty gourmet burgers. Each burger costs HKD 318, with options including Brooklyn with lobster remoulade, Tribeca with foie gras and black truffle, and Queens with smoked ham.
