A large Chiikawa exhibition is coming to Hong Kong this summer, bringing original artwork, interactive installations, themed transport and a giant carousel to Tsim Sha Tsui. The CHIIKAWA ARTIVERSE Exhibition will run from August 1 to September 6, at K11 MUSEA and the Tsim Sha Tsui Harbourfront.
What To Expect At The Chiikawa Exhibition
The exhibition will focus on the world of Chiikawa through art, music and character installations. Visitors can see original drawings by illustrator Nagano, explore themed display areas and interact with music-based elements during the experience.

The event is divided into four creative areas, covering original drawings, interactive music, installation art and kinetic art. Part of the exhibition will be held indoors at the K11 Art & Cultural Centre on Level 6 of K11 MUSEA, while the outdoor section will be set along the harbourfront promenade.
Ahead of the opening, Chiikawa-themed trams, buses and taxis will also appear around Hong Kong Island to promote the exhibition.

Giant Chiikawa Carousel
One of the main highlights is the CHIIKAWA-Go-Round, a giant Chiikawa-themed carousel created specially for the exhibition by Nagano. The installation will be located at the K11 MUSEA promenade, with Victoria Harbour as the backdrop.

The carousel is not only a display piece. Selected ticket holders will be able to ride it as part of the CHIIKAWA-Go-Round Seat Ticket and Premium Set, priced at HK$550. The package includes exhibition admission, the carousel experience and exclusive souvenirs.
