Hong Kong is getting a new open-air electronic music festival this Halloween. EVOKE Festival will run at the New Hung Hom Harbourfront from 4pm to 10:30pm on 31 October, with a line-up spanning drum and bass, melodic house and techno. The Día de Muertos-inspired festival will feature international artists performing beside Victoria Harbour, before the event continues at Soho House Hong Kong with an afterparty running from 11pm until 4am.
International DJs At Victoria Harbour
EVOKE’s harbourfront line-up includes Arcando, Genesi and Tim Bliss, with additional local and international artists appearing across the main festival and afterparty.

The outdoor event will be staged at The New Hung Hom Harbourfront, with the site offering a 270-degree view across Victoria Harbour. Alongside the music, the programme includes Día de Muertos-inspired installations, a dance parade and laser effects.
The first part of the festival runs from 4pm to 10:30pm. The second chapter begins at 11pm at Soho House Hong Kong and continues until 4am.
Anyone planning to attend both parts should pay attention to the ticket category. Standard GA tickets cover the harbourfront festival only, while GA Plus, VIP and Table tickets include access to the Soho House afterparty. Full programme and ticket details are available on the official EVOKE Festival website.
