Following its debut event this year, Hong Kong Comic Con announced today that its next edition, HKCC 2027, will take place from May 28 to 30 at Hall 1 of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
The 3-day event is expected to bring together celebrity appearances, cosplay, games, exclusive merchandise, collectibles and other pop culture attractions.
More programme details, guest announcements and ticketing information will be shared later.
The 2026 debut edition closed on May 31 after drawing strong interest from movie fans, collectors, cosplayers and gamers. Organisers said the exhibitor line-up, ticket sales, attendance and transaction figures all exceeded expectations.
The event also brought major stars to HKCEC, with event ambassador Louis Koo joined by international guests including Mads Mikkelsen, Giancarlo Esposito, Christopher Lloyd, Norman Reedus and Byeon Woo-seok.
Other highlights included rare signed Marvel, DC and Harry Potter collectibles, prop replicas, artist sessions, esports activities and cosplay showcases, positioning it as one of Hong Kong’s major pop culture events.
