Hong Kong Football Festival (HKFF) returns to Hong Kong this summer, bringing four major European clubs to Kai Tak Stadium for pre-season fixtures and fan events. The programme runs from 31 July to 5 August at the 50,000-seat venue, with two match nights scheduled on 1 August and 5 August.

The first game is billed as the Asahi Super Dry Trophy, with Manchester City facing FC Inter on Saturday, 1 August. The second match, the Herbalgy Trophy, sees Chelsea take on Juventus on Wednesday, 5 August.

The matches form part of the teams’ pre-season build-up for 2026/27, and each club will have its own dedicated fan seating section. Open training sessions are also scheduled at Kai Tak Stadium during the festival.

Ticket release dates and prices are as follows:

  • Match travel and accommodation packages go on sale on Trip from 7 May.
  • The TEG Sport pre-sale starts on 13 May for fans who register online.
  • Training tickets and general public sale begins on 14 May.

Match ticket prices range from HK$399 to HK$2,999, with tiers at HK$399, HK$799, HK$1,399, HK$1,999, HK$2,399 and HK$2,999. Training tickets will be priced HK$299.

The summer schedule at Kai Tak is set to be even busier, with Bayern Munich vs Aston Villa also due to be played in Hong Kong on 7 August, adding a third European club fixture within a seven-day stretch.
