Hong Kong International Horse Show to Make its Debut in February

Hong Kong is set to host another city-first event when the Longines Hong Kong International Horse Show 2025 makes its debut in the city. The three-day show will be held at the AsiaWorld-Expo, and feature 30 international 5* jumpers competing in various classes from February 14-16. In addition to the competitions, the event will also include equestrian displays, national showjumping, and dressage showcases. The Lifestyle Shopping Village will offer attendees an opportunity to browse the stands, providing a wide selection of services and products. This wil be the first time the show will be held outside the UK, where it has been held since 1972.

Showjumping, entertainment and family fun

Endorsed by the Federation Equestrian Internationale (FEI), the show will host 5* International Showjumping alongside a packed programme filled with entertainment from Shetland Pony Grand National and International Pas De Deux to the Longines Grand Prix and The Great Wall Challenge — Puissance. 

The show will open early for all visitors, who can also enjoy the Warm Up Ring viewing area, the Jockey Club Live Zone — a dynamic area offering talks and interviews where enthusiasts can engage with the riders and learn more about the sport — and the Lifestyle Shopping Village.

The Village includes 50 exhibitors offering equestrian equipment, fashion and beauty, food and beverages, holidays, education and wealth management among others. A Chef’s Theatre showcasing 15 exclusive demonstrations by renowned chefs and culinary experts and exclusive runway presentations by Hong Kong designers and brands will also be featured.

Ticketing and other information

The show is expected to attract 25,000 visitors from Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. The event will also be broadcast and streamed live across the globe. Ticket prices vary, starting at HK$700 for adult arena seating tickets and HK$560 for concession tickets (children 3-17 years old and adults above 65 years old). VIP tables and Hospitality Suites are available from HK$45,000 onwards. Tickets to visit the Lifestyle Shopping Village only are also available for HK$44.
