Lee Gardens is giving Hong Kong’s summer a playful local twist with Ice-cream Jam, a new seasonal pop-up running from July 22 to August 19.

The event will turn the Hysan Place atrium into an Ice Cream Street, mixing nostalgic Hong Kong flavours, bright retro-inspired stalls and limited-edition treats made for curious foodies.

9 Old Hong Kong-Inspired Ice Cream Flavours

Local creative ice cream brand TEEMTONEfai will team up with old-school names including Tai On Cha Chaan Teng, Kung Lee Sugar Cane Juice and Yiu Fung Store to create 9 bold limited flavours inspired by old Hong Kong.

The line-up includes refreshing sour plum soup sorbet, classic egg tart ice cream, sugar cane juice sorbet and salted lemon lychee. There will also be a playful blind box series with red-white-blue, dim sum basket and medicated oil flavours, adding a surprise element for anyone brave enough to try something different.

Another highlight is Lee Gardens’ collaboration with traditional handmade candy brand Yan Chim Kee to create a limited-edition rose apple ice inspired by the famous rose apple trees on Hysan Avenue.

On weekends, the event will feature activities such as ice cream giveaways, themed workshops and summer parties, while Lee Gardens members can also look out for special redemption offers during the campaign.
