Hong Kong will welcome a new attraction for family. Spanning more than 7,700 square metres, Pony World will open its door to the public at Penfold Park, inside Sha Tin Racecourse.
Families and school groups are required to book the two-hour session in advance.
Family-friendly Activities at The New Pony World

The highlight for most families is the pony rides, available for children aged 3 to 14 who are at least 1 metre tall and weigh under 70kg. Each ride is led and closely supervised by an experienced equestrian coach for maximum safety.
Families can also explore the pony stables to see how the animals are housed, fed, and cared for. There are plenty of photo opportunities with the adorable mini ponies, as well as interactive classrooms where kids learn about pony behaviour, safe handling tips, basic grooming, and animal welfare.
Expect plenty of chances to touch, try and learn, with staff guiding the pace. Some sessions also include simple kit-based activities for children, such as themed learning tasks and take-home materials, depending on the programme on the day.
How To Book a visit To The Pony World

Tickets are HK$50 per person, and each session takes a maximum of 32 visitors. Slots are released on a rolling 60-day basis, so new dates appear as the calendar moves forward.
To secure a preferred time, check the online booking page and plan in advance. Before you go, read the posted conditions for entry and the age, height and safety rules for rides.
