Japanese fashion group TOKYO BASE is expanding its Hong Kong footprint with two new openings at 1881 Heritage in Tsim Sha Tsui. The group will open KEY TIMEZ and CONZ MENS on June 5, bringing two Japanese select-shop concepts to one of the city’s most recognisable heritage landmarks. CONZ will make its Hong Kong debut, while KEY TIMEZ will open its first overseas store.
KEY TIMEZ
Opening at Shop G09, KEY TIMEZ is positioned as a more refined casualwear concept for customers looking for pieces that sit between daily wear and special occasions. Rather than focusing only on formal dressing or basic everyday clothing, the brand presents styles designed to make ordinary moments feel slightly more elevated.

The Hong Kong store will carry a mix of menswear and womenswear, including outerwear, tops, denim, shoes, bags and accessories. Its positioning is relaxed but polished, appealing to shoppers who want understated Japanese fashion with a mature and lifestyle-driven feel.
The 1881 Heritage opening marks KEY TIMEZ’s first step outside Japan.
CONZ MENS
Next door at Shop G10, CONZ MENS brings a different take on Japanese fashion. The brand is built around a freer mix of streetwear, elegant casualwear reflecting a more eclectic Japanese select-shop style.

Its Hong Kong store will feature a curated brand line-up including ASICS, Needles, MIZUNO, SUGARHILL, PHINGERIN and other Japanese and international names. To mark the launch, CONZ will also release two exclusive Needles pants styles at the new 1881 Heritage store.
Together, the two openings further strengthen TOKYO BASE’s presence in Hong Kong and add a stronger Japanese fashion angle to 1881 Heritage’s retail mix.
