Across Hong Kong, pet inclusivity is growing. The city now counts 170 pet-friendly parks after adding 54 more in 2023 (see Hong Kong gets 54 more pet-inclusive parks), and Hong Kong Airlines has recently opened routes allowing pet owners to bring pets in-cabin to Japan, reflecting a broader shift towards welcoming animal companions into everyday life.
