The Avengers are visiting Hong Kong Disneyland Resort from April 28 until June 22, 2023. Not only can Marvel fans meet their favourite superheroes in-person, but there will also be limited edition official merchandise and Marvel-themed food available at the park.
The “Calling All Heroes: Avengers and Heroes of Tomorrow Assemble!” processional, with various superheroes showing up in the daily line-up including Captain America, Spider-Man, Thor, Black Widow, Ant-Man, The Wasp, Doctor Strange, Black Panther, Captain Marvel, and Groot, can be found in the park’s Tomorrowland section.
The themed summer event will also feature a new line of Marvel merchandise, from caps to phone cases to pins to T-shirts. Guests should make sure to seize a photo opportunity with life-sized Iron Man, Ant-Man, and Captain America figures in The Stark Expo.
After Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is released in Hong Kong on May 3, never-before-seen Groot accessories will also hit the store.
Plus, munch on newly launched Marvel-themed dishes at the outdoor food carts and Starliner Diner. Treats include the Arc Reactor Churros, Baby Root Popcorn, Infinity Stone Jelly Soda, and Iron Man Pork & Pineapple Burger.
Disneyland’s Hong Kong location already has two permanent Marvel attractions: ‘Iron Man Experience’ and ‘Ant-Man and The Wasp: Nano Battle!’. Opened in 2017, the Iron Man 3-D ride simulator was the first Marvel-themed ride to debut at any Disney theme park, while the Ant-Man ride which opened in 2019 is the only one in the world centered on the nano-sized Avengers.
One-day adult tickets cost HK$584 on regular days or HK$639 on peak days (Fridays and weekends), while kids’ tickets (3-11 y.o.) cost HK$428 or HK$480. Buy Hong Kong Disneyland tickets on Klook or on the official park website.
