Australia luxury fasion label Zimmermann has officially arrived in Hong Kong with its first local boutique, now open in Pacific Place’s luxury precinct.
The new Admiralty store brings together ready-to-wear, accessories, Australian artworks and a private client lounge. The boutique opens with Zimmermann’s High Summer 2026 collection, giving Hongkongers a new destination for its sophisticated resortwear.
Australia’s First Billion-Dollar Fashion Label
Founded in Sydney in 1991 by sisters Nicky and Simone Zimmermann, the label first built its reputation through swimwear before growing into a global name for feminine silhouettes, refined prints and romantic boho-chic resortwear.
Now a Paris Fashion Week mainstay, Zimmermann has also become one of Australia’s biggest fashion success stories. In 2023, Advent International acquired a majority stake in the business, valuing the brand at over US$1 billion. Its celebrity and socialite following includes Catherine, Princess of Wales, Beyoncé, Oprah Winfrey and Jessica Chastain.
Hong Kong Boutique As Part of Their Asian Footprint Expansion
The Pacific Place boutique was designed by Studio McQualter as a warm, polished space with a glass façade, jade-glazed ceramic tiles, terrazzo flooring, stained-oak fixtures, vintage lighting and a private lounge.
Works by Australian artists Angus Gardner and Elliot Watson are also displayed inside, adding a stronger connection to the brand’s roots.
The opening continues Zimmermann’s recent expansion across Asia, following its Beijing flagship at Taikoo Li Sanlitun, existing boutiques in Shanghai and Chengdu, and its first Thailand boutique at IconSiam earlier this year.
