Nike and One Piece are joining forces for a new collection landing in Hong Kong on September 12, with selected pieces available at HBX and NIKE LAB PS7.
The collaboration takes some of the manga’s most recognisable ideas and translates them into sneakers and streetwear, led by three completely reworked Nike Air Max Plus designs.

Devil Fruits Become Air Max Plus Sneakers
The footwear is built around three legendary Devil Fruits from the One Piece universe: the Gomu Gomu no Mi, Mera Mera no Mi and Ope Ope no Mi.

Each fruit inspires its own Air Max Plus colourway and design, with Nike creating new uppers exclusive to the collaboration rather than simply adding One Piece graphics to an existing sneaker.

For fans, that means plenty of details to pick apart. The shoes draw on the powers and personalities associated with the fruits while keeping the distinctive shape of the Air Max Plus.

Manga Panels Meet Nike Sportswear
The collaboration goes beyond footwear. The wider collection includes jerseys, T-shirts, caps and a vest, mixing Nike sportswear references with imagery taken directly from One Piece.
Some pieces feature actual manga panels, while others reinterpret illustrations in the style of classic Nike advertising. There is also a collaborative Nike x One Piece logo and a T-shirt inspired by the Jolly Roger drawn by Monkey D. Luffy as a mark of a promise.
Even the vest gets a storyline connection, referencing the fact that Devil Fruit users lose their ability to swim after gaining their powers.

The result feels less like a simple logo collaboration and more like Nike has gone deep into the One Piece universe, using specific characters, powers and visual references throughout the collection.
Where To Buy Nike x One Piece In Hong Kong
They will be available from September 12 at HBX in Central’s LANDMARK ATRIUM and NIKE LAB PS7 on Pak Sha Road in Causeway Bay. A wider release of selected items is scheduled through SNKRS on September 25.
