Bangkok’s viral gelato spot Blendies is officially arriving in Hong Kong, opening its first local store at K11 Art Mall in Tsim Sha Tsui on July 10.

The launch gives dessert fans a first taste of the Thai brand’s ultra-creamy French-style gelato, freshly made cones and generous toppings without flying to Bangkok. It also arrives with a local twist, as Blendies debuts a Hong Kong-exclusive Napoleon Egg Tart flavour created especially for the city.

The Viral Gelato Brand from Bangkok

Blendies is a premium gelato brand from Thailand, founded by Thanchoti “Bam” Dolchalaikon, commonly known as Chef Bam.

The Bangkok favourite has become popular for its thick French-style gelato, freshly baked waffle cones and eye-catching dessert creations. Its Signature Pistachio is one of the brand’s most famous items, featuring creamy pistachio gelato coated in charcoal-roasted crushed pistachios and finished with whipped cream. Viral flavours and generous toppings have made many consider it a must-try in Bangkok.

Blendies Opens At K11 Art Mall

The new Hong Kong store will open at Shop B101B, Basement 1 of K11 Art Mall, marking Blendies’ first location in the city.

Signature flavours such as Pistachio, Cappuccino Tiramisu, Real Thai Tea and Yogurt Biscoff will be available, alongside the Hong Kong-exclusive Napoleon Egg Tart flavour, inspired by the local pastry.

To celebrate the opening, customers who order any Basic flavour from July 10–24 can enjoy a free cone upgrade.
