K-pop girl group Blackpink will perform in Hong Kong in January 2023 as part of their Born Pink World Tour. The quartet will be in Hong Kong on January 13 and 14, 2023. The tour will comprise 36 shows cross 26 cities, starting with Seoul in October.

This is the first time that Blackpink will perform a solo concert in Hong Kong since January 2019, when they were in the city for their In Your Area world tour. Their January 2023 shows in the SAR will likely be the first big international concert in the city since the Covid-19 pandemic struck in early 2020. The venues for the concerts have not yet been announced.

The tour will be the largest by a K-pop girl group, with concerts in the United States and Europe in 2022, and in Asia, Australia and New Zealand in 2023. More cities may be added to the tour list at a later date. The announcement came after the Hong Kong government announced new ‘3+4’ quarantine measures by which international arrivals can spend three days at a designated quarantine hotel and the remaining four days under medical surveillance.
