CCW Global Hong Kong

JD MALL will welcome shoppers to its first Hong Kong flagship in Wan Chai from June 18 and to celebrate the grand opening, the Chinese giant will run offers from June 18-21, including up to 50% off its top 100 bestselling products. Shoppers can also expect member-exclusive coupons, gift-with-purchase offers, and selected launch prices on home appliances, including 32-inch TVs from HKD 666 and window-type air conditioners from HKD 1,999.

Located on 2/F of BRIM 28 at 28 Harbour Road, the new Wan Chai store is designed to make the experience feel more open and interactive from the start, with a bold storefront, bright product displays and a showroom-style layout.

Spanning more than 30,000 sq ft, JD Mall Hong Kong will be one of the city’s largest specialist home appliance retail spaces, bringing a new experience-led retail model to Hong Kong. Instead of simply browsing shelves, customers will be able to try products in dedicated areas before making a purchase.

The store will cover home appliances, electronics, smart home products, AI gadgets, robots, massage equipment and cleaning appliances. It will also include dedicated zones for robotics, coffee, PC gaming, DIY, relaxation and massage.

Beyond Wan Chai, JD.com is also planning a wider offline rollout in Hong Kong, with six to eight more JD MALL locations expected over the next three years. Future sites may include districts such as Sha Tin, Mong Kok and Tuen Mun.
