CCW Global Hong Kong

Hong Kong’s coffee scene is getting a polished new arrival this June, as Dubai-born Roasters prepares to open its flagship in Central. Located at Alexandra House on Chater Road, the premium coffee house is known for taking coffee seriously, with a menu that leans into high-end beans, careful brewing and a wider café experience that goes well beyond a quick caffeine stop.

The coffee selection will include espresso-based drinks from HK$45, cold brew at HK$100 and a Manual section featuring premium options such as Colombia Grapes at HK$250, Yemen Hayimai at HK$200 and Panama Hacienda La Esmeralda Guabo 3 Blanc at HK$400. Guests can also take the experience home, with retail beans and drip boxes available from HK$240.

The food menu also makes it clear that Roasters is going for more than pastries on the side. Main dishes include Bacon Cheeseburger at HK$300, Black Caviar Rigatoni and Fresh Truffles Rigatoni at HK$320, and Miso Black Cod at HK$350. It is the kind of line-up that positions the space closer to a polished coffee house with proper plates, rather than a grab-and-go café.

Roasters is not only leaning on classic coffee orders. The drinks menu also has a more polished, photogenic side, with options such as Pistachio Latte at HK$75, Espresso Sunrise at HK$75 and Coffee Jelly Affogato at HK$80. Matcha also gets its own spotlight, from Einspanner Matcha and Berry Matcha at HK$65 to Matcha Affogato at HK$70, giving the Central opening a strong afternoon café appeal as much as a morning coffee one.

Roasters Hong Kong will open at Alexandra House, 18 Chater Road, Central. More details are available on the brand’s official website at www.roasterscoffee.hk and on Instagram.
