Hong Kong’s Pokémon 30th anniversary celebrations are getting bigger. Festival Walk has officially confirmed that the city’s first official Pokémon Center Pop-Up Store will open at the mall this November, together with a series of anniversary activities planned for Hong Kong Trainers.

And the celebrations will go well beyond shopping. Festival Walk has now revealed the activity line-up, including interactive installations, Pokémon-themed dining experience, a Pokémon GO zone, Pokémon meet-and-greet sessions, a Pokémon Trading Card Game area, a Nintendo Switch 2 demo zone and a themed selfie studio.
While the exact opening date, how long the pop-up will stay open and which products will be available have not yet been announced, based on Pokémon Center pop-ups elsewhere, Hong Kong Trainers can expect exclusive or limited-edition merchandise, from plushies and stationery to apparel and gaming accessories.

In addition to Hong Kong’s first Pokémon Center pop-up, Pokémon RUN 30 is also coming to Hong Kong Science Park on January 23 and 24, 2027. The 2km fun run will feature themed challenges and a free Festival Zone for participants and visitors.
