GO PARK Sai Sha is hosting GO WELL Fest from 17 to 19 October, a wellness carnival where dogs are as welcome as their owners. The event runs from 12pm to 8pm each day in the mall’s Central Plaza, and the organiser describes it as Hong Kong’s first wellness carnival for people and pets.

More than 50 activities are planned over the three days. Here is what visitors can expect:
- Game booths: 5 challenges, including a ski machine test and a ring toss, from 12pm to 6pm. A completed stamp card can be swapped for freshly made popcorn.
- Free drinks: around 1,000 cans of coconut water, sparkling water and sparkling lactic drinks given out each day.
- Fitness classes: a Cantopop workout, Nordic walking, Pilates, stretching and partner bodyweight training on the main stage.
- Family fun: a dance party for children and parents with a DJ, plus dance shows.
- Pet zone: a scent trail for dogs, a sound bowl session for pets, a pet watercolour class, and talks on pet nutrition and training.
- Workshops: climbing, fencing, wood crafts and Chinese herbal sachet making, run by shops in the mall.
- Health talks: short sessions on injury prevention, back care and traditional Chinese medicine.
- Market: wellness and pet brands selling products from 12pm to 7pm.
- Photo spot: a 3-metre cloud-shaped installation on the lawn.
- Closing party: a one-hour Cantopop DJ set on 19 October, free for everyone.

The games, drinks, market and closing party are free. However, some classes, workshops and talks are only open to people who spend at least HK$200 at the mall on the same day or use The Point reward points. Places are limited.
