The Hong Kong Tourism Board announced on August 18 that Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival 2026 will take over the Central Harbourfront Event Space between October 29 and November 1.

As one of Hong Kong’s largest gastronomy events, the festival gives visitors the chance to enjoy international wines and food, live entertainment and chef-led experiences against the Victoria Harbour skyline.

The culinary celebrations will then continue across the city throughout November as part of Hong Kong Wine & Dine Month.

What To Expect At Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival 2026

Hong Kong Tourism Boards says more than 300 booths will fill the harbourfront this year, with wines representing China, France, Italy, Spain, Georgia and the UK, alongside new pavilions for Australia, Canada and South Korea. Bordeaux will receive attention following a new partnership between the Hong Kong Tourism Board and the Bordeaux Wine Council.

The Grand Wine Pavilion will bring together more than 20 premium wine merchants, with over 20 masterclasses and tastings led by sommeliers and specialists.

Food will be another major draw. The Tasting Room will welcome chefs including Culinary Class Wars star Edward Lee, renowned French chef Thierry Marx, Chen Zhi Ping of Shanghai’s Meet the Bund and Justin Yang Yan Bin of Hong Kong’s QUAN.

A new “Only in Hong Kong” Flavours showcase will also feature signature dishes from more than 100 restaurants, spanning Michelin-starred establishments, luxury hotels, local favourites and street-food-inspired creations. Live entertainment will run throughout the four-day event, with the line-up details announced on the official website later.

The festival has long been one of Hong Kong’s biggest public food and drink events. The 2025 edition attracted more than 163,000 local and international visitors over four days.

Ticketing details for the 2026 edition have yet to be announced. For reference, general admission to last year’s festival cost HK$40, with concessionary tickets priced at HK$20.
