The third edition of the Fitness + Wellness Expo returns from November 25-26 at the AsiaWorld-Expo with more fun-filled activities for fitness enthusiasts and families to enjoy. With the largest venue ever, a total of four halls spanning over 250,000 square feet, the all-inclusive expo will feature the Yoga Stage, Chubb Fitness Stage, Talk Stage, F&B + Chill Zone, HYROX Fitness Race, and USAPL Winter Mania 2023.

Gear up for exhilarating activities with your squad, including the Ninja Obstacle Challenge, Spinning Zone, Deadlift Challenge and Dodgeball, or simply hit it out and improve your swing at the Golf Zone. No matter your fitness level, the wide range of classes in strength, cardio, yoga, and dance will surely meet your needs.

With only $200 a day, visitors can enjoy unlimited access to over 25 yoga and fitness classes led by industry leading-yoga or fitness instructors, as well as respected wellness practitioners. Take this chance to challenge yourself by joining the HYROX Fitness Race, together with 3,000 other fitness enthusiasts. To complete the wellbeing journey, achieve optimal wellness with an array of healthy food and beverages.

Visitors who head to the Talk Stage can get insights from industry experts and representatives about more than 12 in-depth health and wellness topics. The F&B + Chill Zone will feature more than 100 health and wellness brands under one roof.

At the Chubb Fitness Stage, visitors will get the chance to participate in a new workout programme launching exclusively at the Expo, in addition to a series of dance classes. The USAPL Winter Mania 2023 is a competition that showcases the stars of the sport pushing themselves to attain personal bests in their squat, bench, and deadlift.

Fitness + Wellness Expo will be held at Halls 3, 6, 8 and 10 of AsiaWorld-Expo, from 9am-7pm. Tickets are available at the event’s official website, and are priced as follows:

  • Unlimited Class Pass (Single Day): HK$150 onwards
  • Unlimited Class Pass (Weekend): HK$300 onwards
  • General Admission Ticket: HK$50 onwards
  • Walk-In Class Pass: HK$80 per session

Visitors can also buy add-on classes from Les Mills BODYBALANCE and BODYCOMBAT for HK$180, but only if they have already purchased Unlimited Class Passes for either a single day or the weekend.
