The Mercedes-Benz BAM Festival 2023 is set to return to Central Harbourfront to give Hongkongers the chance to explore the world of Mercedes-Benz and get a preview of the luxury car brand’s latest models. The highlight of the event, which will take place from October 13-15, will be the showcase of the all-electric version of the “Concept EQG”, which will make its Hong Kong debut here.
The free-to-enter festival will feature up to 30 of the latest Mercedes-Benz models, including the all-new E-Class and all-electric Mercedes-AMG EQE SUV. The star of the show, the Concept EQG, combines the original G-Class’s iconic off-road capabilities with Mercedes-Benz’s vision for a sustainable, electric-powered future. Visitors can even purchase a car at the event and get it customised on-site.
A Driving Force Behind Innovation & Entertainment
Attendees can get a sneak peek at the brand’s latest tech offerings and upcoming projects at the Innovation Hub in the form of talks and workshops. Those who are game for a challenge can head to the Mercedes-AMG Racing Arena, where they can compete with other racing enthusiasts in an immersive future driving competition.
At the SUV Village, visitors can check out the brand’s complete range of adventure vehicles and get acquainted with their dynamic designs, road-holding abilities, and sustainable features. And, of course, there will be loads of Mercedes-Benz merch on offer for diehard fans of the German brand.
Food, Drink & Family-Friendly Fun
This year’s edition of the festival will introduce the Market Square, which will be a convergence of all things lifestyle, fashion, culture, sports, and arts. There will be loads for families to do as well at Kids’ Town, which will have children-run stalls at Mini Mall, as well as AR art jamming and STEM workshops.
The festival will also celebrate Oktoberfest with its biergarten-inspired atmosphere, where visitors can sip on German beer and sample an international assortment of snacks and food. There will also be sports and fitness activities throughout the day, and DJ and dance performances, as well as live music performances by Jeffrey Ngai, Panther Chan, and Wilson Ng Lam Fung’s music band.

- Friday, October 13: 6pm-10pm
- Saturday, October 14: 10am-10pm
- Sunday, October 15: 10am-6pm
