The Movie Tram that takes passengers to iconic film locales across Hong Kong will have 26 more tours on two weekends in May and June. The additional tram trips – which are organised by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department as part of the Hong Kong Pop Culture Festival – are scheduled for May 27 and 28, and June 10 and 11, and priced at HK$100. Tickets for the new trips in May are currently available on URBTIX, while those for the June trips will be available on the site on May 19.

There are two routes, Eastbound and Westbound, which cover movie shooting locations in the Central and Western District, such as Rouge, Arrest the Restless, In the Mood for Love, Infernal Affairs, Three: Going Home, and The Way We Dance. Guests joining the tram ride include directors and producers Stanley Kwan and Ann Hui, producer and screenwriter Mani Man, and directors and screenwriters Jacky Ng and Jun Li.

Each tour will be conducted in English or Cantonese, and is open to a maximum of 15 participants. The Eastbound Tour will run from Grand Millennium Plaza in Sheung Wan to the Causeway Bay Tram Terminus from 1.45pm-4pm, and the Westbound Tour will run in the opposite direction from 3.45pm-6pm.
