MTR announced that it will have 12 trains per hour going between the Disneyland and Sunny Bay MTR stations during the park’s busy times every Saturday, starting July 22.

The rail corporation will add four more trains per hour between the stations on Saturdays from 9.30am-11.30am, and 8.30pm-10.30pm. Trains between the park and Sunny Bay will therefore run every five minutes during this time.

During other times of the day, the Disneyland Resort Line trains will depart every 10 minutes.

In addition, there will be three more trains per hour on the Island Line every Saturday from 9.34am-12pm, 5.33pm-7pm, and 8.33pm-11.30pm.

Hong Kong Disneyland — which was closed two days a week during the pandemic — recently increased its days of operation. The park was open six days a week from mid-June to mid-July, and is currently open seven days a week until August 31.
