The Belgian Days festival returns to Hong Kong and Macau for its third edition from November 14 to 23, 2025. Following successful editions in the past two years, this year’s focus is on the culinary arts, with highlights such as the Belgian Chocolate Festival and an exclusive dinner featuring Belgian and local chefs, mixologists, chocolatiers and artists.
What are Belgian Days?
Belgian Days is an annual cultural festival launched in 2023 by the Belgian Consulate General, attracting more than 20,000 visitors in the past editions.
The event highlights the rich art, gastronomy, music, and innovation of Belgium, while fostering collaboration, dialogue, and discovery between Belgium, Hong Kong, and Macau. Over 10 days, you are invited to join gastronomy events, music performances, art exhibitions, movie screenings, and business seminars, all celebrating the best of Belgian culture.
What to expect at the 2025 edition?
This year, Belgian Days has prepared 20 exciting events across Hong Kong and Macau, including two flagship events: the Belgian Chocolate Festival and an exclusive dinner.
The Belgian Chocolate Festival, which will be held on 14–15 November at CityU in Kowloon Tong, will celebrate Belgium’s renowned chocolate craftsmanship through tastings, demonstrations, and workshops showcasing the country’s long-standing chocolate-making tradition. The entry is free, but registration is required.
The Exclusive Dinner, taking place on 20 November at the Grand Hyatt in Wan Chai, will bring together Belgian and local chefs, mixologists, chocolatiers, and artists for a collaborative culinary experience inspired by Belgium’s regional flavours and cultural creativity.
