Inspired by Dabi’s fascination with Alice in Wonderland and the whimsical idea of falling through a door into a magical world, the name “Green Door” perfectly embodies the bar’s concept of transporting guests into a dreamy wonderland of mystery and excitement. Co-owned by Arlene Wong and Dabi Chin, every aspect of the design is intentional and represents an ode to feminism, from the bar’s ecclesiastical interior to the art pieces commemorating women. The Green Door is truly a celebration of art, creativity, and the power of imagination.
The cocktail menu is a testament to their dedication to craftsmanship and creativity, from classic favourites to innovative concoctions. Featuring signature drinks including MARIE, a twist on the classic Bloody Mary; JULIA, a tropical cocktail made with Batanga tequila that will transport your taste buds to a paradise-like island. If you’re craving something refreshing, opt for PAM, a highball cocktail featuring Jim Beam Black, perfect for unwinding after a long day. For those with a sweet tooth, DOMINICANA is a perfect indulgence made with Plantation 3 Stars Rum, Mr Black Cold Brew, and mint chocolate cream.
