Priced at HK$1,080 for five courses of succulent beef and seafood from 6pm to 10pm, taste Chef Kwok’s expert creations of Japanese-French cuisine with dishes like Toro Mini Tart, Carpaccio of Slow Cooked Miyazaki A5 Rump, and Boston Lobster Tsukemen. Add HK$368 for artfully crafted wine pairings. End the meal with delightful little dessert bites, or mignardises, late into the evening.

A Lux

At A Lux, couples can indulge in the whopping seven-course ‘Cupid Calls’ menu. For HK$2,880 per couple, you’ll get treated with top-grade oysters, blue lobster with lobster bisque, Alaskan king crab risotto, and more land and sea dishes inspired by two of the most romantic countries in the world: Italy and France. Add HK$980 per person for wine pairings curated by A Lux’s in-house sommelier. The 3,600 sq.ft space is a picturesque location for a romantic meal with its velvet upholstery furniture and warm golden accents.

If you want to romance your lover this Valentine’s Day, a French restaurant is just the place to do it. Clarence’s alluring six-course menu (priced at HK$1,388 per person) is the epitome of playful fine dining with elements inspired by the day of love, like the oyster served with caviar, heart-shaped crispy potatoes, and the showstopping dessert – Le Cœur en Chocolat – heart-shaped layers with different textures and colours of chocolate.

Newly opened speakeasy, room 3, has prepared His and Hers gin-infused cocktails available only in the run-up to and on Valentine’s Day. The bar has teamed up with Hendrick’s to present the Berry Sour, a luscious ruby-red cocktail with Hendrick’s and mixed-berry syrup; and the Touch the Bee, a concoction of Hendrick’s, limoncello and homemade sparkling chamomile tea (both HK$130). Order these from 4pm to 9pm, and pair them with any two yakitori dishes to share for HK$188.

Terrible Baby

The Raincoat is a chocolately concoction with hazelnut, velvety chocolate, amarula, and vodka – topped with a sugary treat that looks like a condom. The Last Call for Love is a flowery gin-based drink with honey, strawberry, and red dragon fruit notes.
