Freespace Jazz Fest 2025 — November 6-9
Freespace Jazz Fest returns to West Kowloon this November with four days of live music across multiple outdoor lawns and indoor stages. The festival showcases a lively mix of jazz, pop and world music from Hong Kong and international acts. Expect collaborative sets, emerging talent and atmospheric open-air performances. Visitors can also enjoy food booths and drinks throughout the Art Park, spending a relaxed and social weekend by the harbour.

India by the Bay — November 6-12
India by the Bay will be celebrating its 10th anniversary this year! The week-long programme features music, dance, literature, film, family activities and culinary gatherings, creating meaningful cultural exchange between India and Hong Kong. Expect open-air performances at Tai Kwun, thought-provoking conversations with acclaimed writers, classical music showcases and an inviting family day of workshops and arts activities.

The 15th National Games — November 9–21
The 15th National Games will be hosted across Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao for the first time, bringing elite athletes from across China to compete in a wide range of sports. Hong Kong will welcome events including fencing, triathlon, rugby sevens, track cycling and more, while also hosting a public bowling programme to encourage wider participation. Look out for mascots Xiyangyang and Lerongrong, inspired by the Chinese white dolphin and symbolising unity and joy.

Ongoing Events in Hong Kong — What’s Happening This Month
CR7 LIFE Museum Hong Kong — July 7 onwards
Opening July 7, Asia’s first CR7 LIFE Museum will arrive at K11 MUSEA. Celebrating football legend Cristiano Ronaldo, the 12,000 square feet exhibition pay tribute to his extraordinary careers, with major trophies, rare memorabilia, and interactive displays like a UR CR7 YouTube studio replica. While we are waiting for the confirmation of the celebrity guest list at the grand opening, you can now buy tickets and get merchandise perks. Before the museum opening, you can visit the CR7 LIFE Flagship Store at Times Square for exclusive memorabilia from June 7.

Dream Rooms: Environments by Women Artists 1950–Now — Now-January 18

This immersive exhibition brings together visionary works by women artists across Asia, Europe, and the Americas over seven decades. You can walk through full-scale reconstructions of groundbreaking environments once thought lost, from feather-filled rooms to nylon tunnels. Each installation invites participation with light, sound, and movement into transformative encounters.

Tong Chong Street Market Beer Festival — November 12-15
The Tong Chong Street Market Beer Festival returns with a new twist, taking place high above the city at mhp on the 37/F of One Island East. Come visit and enjoy a three-hour free-flow tasting experience featuring craft beers from eight local breweries, alongside comfort-food favourites and lively DJ sets. Plus, you can join beer pong, air hockey, and get a taste of limited-edition brews created exclusively for the festival.

The 72nd Macau Grand Prix — November 13-16

The 72nd Macau Grand Prix, the city’s most iconic international sporting event, will take place from November 13 to 16. This year’s program features seven exciting races, including the FIA FR World Cup, FIA GT World Cup, and the first-ever FIA F4 World Cup. Known for its legendary street circuit and world-class drivers, the event continues to attract motorsport fans worldwide.

Belgian Days — November 14-16

Belgian Days returns to Hong Kong and Macau this November for its third edition, featuring over 20 cultural events. Lamma Fun Day — November 15

Meet & Photo with Australian Firefighters — November 19-22
The Australian Firefighters Calendar (AFF) will bring five firefighters to Hong Kong to raise awareness for local animal welfare groups. Pet parents can attend special Meet & Photo sessions across pet-friendly venues, where guests who purchase the Hong Kong edition calendar can take photos and even let their pets be held by the firefighters. Proceeds support SPCA, Hong Kong Dog Rescue, Hong Kong Seeing Eye Dog Services and more.

CT Music Fest — November 21-23
Mark your calendars for CT Music Fest, happening 21–23 November at Saiyuen Camping Adventure Park, Cheung Chau. The first wave of artists includes Cantomania, Mr. Koo, Yellow!, and Jonas & Friends, with more acts from across Asia and Europe joining the weekend lineup. Beyond the music, families can enjoy bun tower climbing, a Cheung Chau bun workshop, drum circle jams, and a lively kids’ disco.

Victoria Harbour Race 2025 — November 22
The Victoria Harbour Race returns with around 4,000 swimmers taking on a 1 km open-water route from Wan Chai’s Golden Bauhinia Square to the Avenue of Stars in Tsim Sha Tsui. A new Companion Team category lets friends and family swim side by side, adding a meaningful and supportive element to the challenge. Spectators can watch from both sides of the harbour, cheering swimmers as they glide across one of the city’s most iconic views.

Hong Kong Streetathon 2025 — November 23
The Hong Kong Streetathon marks its 10th anniversary with a one-time chance to run the Central Kowloon Bypass before it opens to traffic. Full and half marathon runners will start in Causeway Bay and make their way through Kai Tak and Kowloon Bay, finishing in Yau Ma Tei. Expect a lively race atmosphere, artwork collaborations, themed parties and local snack support stations celebrating community, endurance and city pride.

Hong Kong Pride — November 23
Hong Kong Pride returns with the theme “No Frame for Love,” celebrating the full spectrum of human connection. The event features a Rainbow Market where local creators, community groups and allies gather to share art, conversations and stories. This year places focus on the challenges same-sex partners face when denied legal recognition, particularly during end-of-life situations. The gathering is a call for dignity, understanding and equal protection for all relationships.

Oxfam Trailwalker — November 28-30
Oxfam Trailwalker returns this year as one of Hong Kong’s most meaningful endurance events. Teams of four will take on the 100km MacLehose Trail, working together to complete the journey within 48 hours. Beyond the physical challenge, the event raises crucial funds for Oxfam’s poverty alleviation and emergency relief projects across Asia and Africa. Whether you are participating or cheering along the route, it is all about community spirit and supporting those in need.

Hong Kong Cyclothon — November 30
The Hong Kong Cyclothon returns with thousands of cyclists taking on 32 km and 50 km routes that weave across bridges, tunnels and key city landmarks. Riders will finish near Jordan Road Flyover before heading to the Cyclothon Carnival in the West Kowloon Cultural District. Expect live music, sports showcases, food stalls, art workshops and family-friendly activities, along with a Family Fun Ride for parents and kids to enjoy the day together.

Pride Run — December 14
Pride Run Hong Kong will be back for its third edition, bringing runners, families, and allies together in a warm celebration of community and inclusivity. Choose between a scenic 9 km run or a relaxed 5 km family-friendly hike, both winding through the beautiful trails of Aberdeen Country Park. Participants will receive commemorative medals and event t-shirts, with a laid-back picnic gathering afterwards.

Comic Con Hong Kong 2026 — May 29–31
Comic Con will make its Hong Kong debut at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre next year!
