Two international acts will perform in Hong Kong in early 2023. K-pop girl group Mamamoo will take the stage in the city on January 3, and Irish boy band Westlife on February 14.

The four-member Mamamoo will be in the city as part of the Asia leg of their My Con world tour. Hong Kong is their first stop of the 2023 schedule of the tour, followed by Taiwan, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Manila. Venue and ticket details are not yet confirmed. The last time the band was in the SAR was in September 2019.

Westlife’s Hong Kong concert is part of the quartet’s second Asia leg of The Wild Dreams Tour. They will also play in Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Thailand. The Hong Kong concert will be at AsiaWorld-Arena and tickets will go on sale on December 1. The band has performed in the city on several occasions, the last time being in 2012 as part of their Greatest Hits Tour.

These announcements come after K-pop supergroup Blackpink confirmed that they will take the stage for two concerts in Hong Kong in January 2023. Iconic music festival Clockenflap will also return to the city in March 2023 after five years.
